Availability

As we carry products from 25 different manufacturers and we custom finish each order as they arrive, a lot of factors go into the lead time for each order. Some orders can be fulfilled as quickly as 8 weeks while others can be anywhere from 10-16 weeks or potentially longer if it’s a custom order. Once you place an order through our site or with a sales associate via email, you will receive a detailed receipt mapping out all the details and what to expect as far as the units, colors, and timeline. If you aren’t sure about color and want to see physical samples, reach out to us and we can coordinate mailing out samples so you can make a selection.

Shipping

To ensure complete satisfaction, we coordinate and execute our own deliveries. Because of this, our delivery radius is limited to the map shown in our shipping link. We have a discounted rate for our local area and we’re able to offer a reasonable delivery price for the extended areas through a flex delivery schedule. This flex schedule may extend your lead time approximately 2-4 weeks as we map out our routes in a way that results in an efficiency of our time and resources. Our delivery service includes bringing the furniture into the space it’s going in and includes any set up necessary. However, we do not offer any professional installation or trimming out (including mounting to your walls). Some items may qualify for drop shipping where it would come to you curbside and would require minor assembly. If your state is not listed below, we do not offer delivery to your area but feel free to reach out and we might be able to come up with a creative solution to help you! $135 Delivery within 60 miles of our Mason Location (1065 Reading Road Mason Ohio 45040) $250 Delivery 60-100 miles of our Mason Location (1065 Reading Road Mason Ohio 45040) $400 Delivery for the rest of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky

Returns

One of the reasons we coordinate and perform our own deliveries and keep our delivery radius to a limited region is so we can ensure complete satisfaction. If something is wrong with your order and it’s because of a mistake on our end or a defect in the furniture, then we will make it right no matter how long it takes us to do so. If you don’t like your furniture, you are welcome to return it for a 25% restocking fee and the delivery fee is non-refundable.
The custom finishing process is what makes us unique at Woodcraft Furniture. Each of our four locations in southwest Ohio (Cincinnati and Dayton) have on-site custom finish shops. We love taking real wood furniture and applying a wide array of stain colors, paint finishes, and creative techniques like glazing and distressing. We have partnered with over 25 different builders of real wood furniture. We take the unfinished furniture and disassemble it to a level that makes sense for the finishing process. We, then, prep sand everything to ensure the finish goes on evenly and consistently and smoothly. After we achieve the color, with a compressor, we spray on 2-3 coats of a lacquer finish to seal the wood, protect it, and give it a smooth and beautiful luster. Lastly, we reassemble the furniture and inspect it before we personally deliver it to its forever home. Other aspects of the finishing process include physical distressing (chairs, wormholes, rasping, worn edges, etc.) and paints (including rubbed edges and glazing). We’ve tried our best to represent some of the most popular stain colors, but if you have a custom finish in mind simply select the custom option for the item you are interested in and we will coordinate with you on the custom finish for your product. As always, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll come alongside you to help in the process of selecting your new real wood home furnishing additions.
